Subhaus is a Bali-based property management company focused on turning undervalued villas into high-quality, long-term rental homes. We operate, upgrade, and manage villas across Canggu, Ubud, Seminyak, and other prime areas — offering well-designed, fully managed homes for digital nomads, remote workers, and long-stay tenants.

Our name reflects our approach — Subhaus is a system of managed homes, built on our H.A.U.S. method: Hold, Acquire, Upgrade, Scale.
We hold long-term control over the properties we operate, acquire homes in high-potential areas, upgrade them into tenant-ready rentals, and scale the system across Bali. It’s a repeatable model built for efficiency and growth.
OUR TEAM
Subhaus runs fully in-house. Every part of the business is managed by our full-time team in Bali — covering renovations, maintenance, cleaning, laundry, tenant support, sales, marketing, design, pool care, aircon servicing, and landscaping. Keeping everything internal allows us to move faster, maintain control, and ensure consistent quality across all our properties.
We operate from our own office, run a dedicated laundry facility, manage a warehouse stocked with tools and materials, and handle logistics using our own company vehicles. Everything is built to keep operations tight and responsive.
